I am running to keep students at the center of every decision, support the teachers and staff who shape their future, and ensure families remain true partners in our schools. Collier County’s success is built on strong foundations, local values, and smart investment. My goal is to protect that success by promoting innovation that enhances learning, maintaining safe and supportive schools, and ensuring every decision reflects the needs of our community and the potential of our students.

Collier’s schools already set the bar for excellence, and I want to keep that success strong. My focus is helping every student reach their potential by supporting teachers, addressing challenges early, and building confidence through real progress. I believe strong academics start with strong relationships and the right support in every classroom. Collier is already doing great things, and my goal is to strengthen what works while giving every child the opportunity to excel.

Stephanie Nordin brings years of hands-on leadership, collaboration, and real-world experience working with families, educators, and community partners across Collier County.

Safe, caring, connected schools help every child, no matter their IQ or zip code, reach their potential. I will support student safety and positive school environments and keep a clear focus on measurable growth in reading and math so every child has a strong academic foundation.
U – Uphold Strong Family Partnerships
Parents are a child’s greatest champion and essential to student success. Engagement and transparency foster a community vision for education. I will support approaches that help families stay connected, confident, and involved in their child’s school experience.
T – Teachers Supported, Students Elevated
Collier offers competitive educator pay, and keeping great teachers and staff requires stability and support. I will strengthen a positive workplace culture that lifts up the teachers and staff who support students every day.
U – Unite in Collaboration
Collier moves forward when leadership works as a team. I will help strengthen collaboration on the board and build constructive relationships with our state partners so Collier’s priorities remain supported.
R – Responsible Spending
Collier’s financial strength is a community asset and a point of pride. I will protect that stability and keep tax payer dollars focused on supporting classrooms, educators, and student opportunity.
E – Expand Opportunity and Innovation
As authority continues shifting from the federal level to the states, local school boards will have greater responsibility in shaping how students learn. I will support policies that grow opportunity through innovative, future-ready programs and thoughtful use of new tools and technologies that help teachers strengthen learning and keep Collier competitive.
